Dwaft White isopods

Description

Trichorhina tomentosa, also known as Dwarf Whites, are a small isopod species well-suited for various types of terrariums.

Under optimal conditions, they are prolific breeders and excellent cleaners and feeders, often used in frog vivariums.

One interesting characteristic of Dwarf Whites is their ability to play dead as a defense mechanism. When threatened, they may remain motionless, mimicking the appearance of being lifeless to deter predators.
