Isopods and Springtails
Due to the delicate nature of these animals, isopods and springtails are only available for local pickup at Metrotown, Burnaby, BC. After purchase, please allow up to 24 hours for our response during weekdays to arrange a pickup time. Pickup scheduling will depend on availability and the nature of your order, and we appreciate your patience as we work to coordinate a convenient and safe pickup.
Returns & Refunds
At Bichoverse, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases made through our online store or for local pickups.
